The 2021 WeLegal Beijing Summit, was successfully hosted by WeLegal Legal Alliance with co-organization of Long An on January 9, 2022 at Sheraton Beijing Lize Hotel. In the sub-forum in the afternoon, Mr. Xiaoming LIU, delivered a speech on the topic of “The Necessity for Restrictions on Equity Pledges of Major Shareholders of Companies” in the New Economy, Investment, Financing and M&A, and Corporate Governance, analyzing and elaborating on the current situations and risks of equity pledges of major shareholders of the listed companies and sharing them in the context of the relevant Opinions.
In the intellectual property sub-forum, Mr. Yanxiong ZHAO hosted a round-table meeting on intellectual property protection. Ideas collided through dialogue and exchange, and the guests presented a wonderful brainstorming from multiple perspectives.
This summit gathers senior legal counsels in various fields, which is a very professional exchange and sharing platform and has been widely praised by the participants.
