Public welfare

Long An Public Interest currently focuses on the future of our nation, operating two main programs:

  • Long An Spring Sunshine Program for assisting disadvantaged college students in Tibetan Area

Founded in 2014, Qinghai Hainan Zhou Luozang Vocation School is a privately-owned community college, a pioneer in training Chinese-Tibetan bilingual computer application specialists for the Tibetan area. Due to poverty in the area, each year there are 7 to 8 students who are unable to continue enrollments for failing to pay tuitions. Long An Spring Sunshine Program donates funds to support financially disadvantaged students at the Luozang School. Each qualified student gets RMB10,000 from Long An Spring Sunshine through the School administration.

  • Long An Children Guardians

According to the data released by Girls Guardians in 2017, there were 378 children (under 14 years old) being victimized by sexual abuse as reported by media. Many more cases went unreported. In 2016, 1,004 children were reported missing based on some surveys. According to the “Report of China Education Development 2016”, school bullying has been a widespread situation across China with alarming frequency. With this reality in mind, Long An Children Guardians take lawyers into communities and campuses and provide a series of training classes to vulnerable children in order to improve their self-protection awareness.
