Ms. Zhang was recognized as “Advanced Individual in the Implementation of National Intellectual Property Strategy” by the State Council Inter-Ministerial Joint Conference on Implementation Work for the Intellectual Property Strategy in 2018 for her outstanding ability and active and progressive work style, who is the only candidate in the industry of intellectual property agency. Besides, she was also awarded the first “Excellent Individual in Trademark Agency Services” by the China Trademark Association.
Ms. Zhang, LLM of both Peking University and Chicago-Kent College of Law, has provided high-quality trademark agency legal services for a number of major clients since she has practiced for 20 years, including the layout and application of trademark at home and abroad, especially major, difficult and complicated cases such as invalidation, opposition and administrative litigation. The clients she has served include amounts of large Chinese central state-owned enterprises in China and leading internet companies. In addition to trademark application cases, she has also handled a large quantity of administrative litigation cases related to trademark authorization and confirmation, including retrial cases of the Supreme People’s Court.
