Recently, Beijing Long An law firm successfully assisted Beijing Culture Investment Development Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “BCI”) to apply for the registration amount of 5 billion yuan and issue the first phase medium-term notes of 2020 with the amount of 1 billion yuan, which was approved by National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors. CITIC Securities Co., Ltd. acted as the lead underwriter of this issuance, Long An Beijing General Office acted as the lawyer of the issuer, and Zhao Tianbo and Liu Hong, partners, formed a legal advisory team to provide full legal services for this project.BCI is a wholly state-owned company established by Beijing municipal government. It is the first cultural investment enterprise in China to obtain the international AAA credit rating. It has been awarded the 9th and 10th “top 30 national cultural enterprises” successively. It is an important investment and financing platform for the development of cultural and creative industries in the capital.
