Ms. Xu Chi initiated the establishment of Shenyang Offices in May 1999, and served as the Principal. She was be awarded as the Lifetime Honorary Director in 2020. In the past 32 years of practice, the services provided by Ms. Xu has involved in regulatory document review of government agencies, legal counsel for large state-owned enterprises and financial institutions, investment and mergers and acquisitions of construction projects and real estate, compulsory liquidation of enterprises, administrative litigation and commercial litigation. She was hired as the legal counsel of the Shenyang Municipal People’s Government in 2020.
